Jess has been pole dancing for over 20 years with no dance or fitness background. A passion turned into more than 15 years teaching. The best way to get fit while having fun.
Paige Mattie, Yoga Instructor
Paige has been teaching Yoga across Canada for the last 8 years. Paige offers inclusive classes for all abilities ranging from slower-paced yin and mobility, to fast-paced flow and strength.
Destinie Parisien, Yoga Instructor
Destinie is a Vinyasa, Hatha, and Kundalini yoga teacher offering grounded, breath-led practices that support nervous system regulation, confidence, and self-connection. Come as you are✨
